By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you enter the Beat PLP IQ Pick'em, the Official Rules also apply to your entry and control over these Terms for anything specific to the contest.
What PLP IQ provides
PLP IQ publishes NFL predictions, ratings, projections, and analysis produced by its own model. This content is informational and for entertainment only. It is not advice of any kind, it is not a guarantee of any outcome, and accuracy is not promised. Betting-market figures shown on the site are context for the model's output, not a recommendation to act on them.
No wagering
PLP IQ is not a sportsbook and does not accept bets or wagers. Predictions, ratings, and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, and contest entry is free. PLP IQ does not accept, place, broker, or process bets, and does not handle money from users. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live.
The free contest
FREE ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No payment, subscription, wager, deposit, purchase, like, follow, or comment is required to enter or to win, and none will improve an entrant's chance of winning. Contest entry requires a PLP IQ account. Entries are complete only when every listed game and the required tiebreaker are picked, and once submitted an entry is permanently locked and cannot be changed. Scoring, tiebreaks, winner selection, prizes, and claim deadlines are set out in the Official Rules.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive or misleading, since an abbreviated form of it may appear on public leaderboards.
Acceptable use
Do not create multiple or fake accounts; submit false information; attempt to access other users' data, administrator pages, or internal endpoints; interfere with scoring, locking, or auditing; scrape, overload, or probe the site or its data feeds in an automated or disruptive way; copy the model output or site content for commercial redistribution; or harass other participants. We may suspend accounts or disqualify entries for conduct that undermines the site or the contest.
Content and marks
PLP IQ's model output, ratings, text, and site design belong to PLP IQ. PLP IQ and the Beat PLP IQ Pick'em are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by the National Football League, any NFL member club, or YouTube. NFL, team, and league names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as-is and as-available. Features, content, and the contest may change, pause, or end. We are not responsible for outages, data-source errors, device or network problems, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLP IQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning the site and its content, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the contest. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing law
These Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except as otherwise required by applicable federal law. Nothing in these Official Rules waives, limits, or displaces any consumer-protection right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under the law of the jurisdiction in which an entrant resides, and those non-waivable rights continue to apply. This clause does not designate an exclusive venue, does not require arbitration, and does not waive any right to participate in a class action. PLP IQ makes no representation that the Contest complies with the law of every jurisdiction; the Contest is void where prohibited or restricted.
